Sherah Liverpool-White

CEO & Principal Consultant · Community Impact Consulting Group, LLC

Sherah Liverpool-White is a public health consultant and strategist with more than 15 years of leadership in violence prevention, capacity building, and training and technical assistance (TTA). As Founder and Principal Consultant of Community Impact Consulting Group, LLC, she partners with nonprofits, healthcare systems, and community-based organizations to strengthen programs, develop staff, and drive sustainable, equity-centered change.

Sherah has delivered TTA to hospital-based violence intervention programs, health departments, and lawmakers through webinars, learning communities, site visits, and coaching. She designs curriculum and training content for audiences ranging from frontline staff to executive leaders, and brings deep experience in program evaluation, grant writing, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.

Sherah began her public health career in Guyana, where she supported HIV/AIDS reduction initiatives and the development of community-centered approaches that continue to shape her work today. She has since partnered with programs across several U.S. cities, bringing a broad national perspective alongside deep local understanding. Known for her collaborative approach and trauma-informed practice, Sherah is equally at home building from the ground up or scaling what already works.

As an immigrant and a mother raising Black boys, she is deeply dedicated to playing her part in making this country — and the world at large — a safe place for them, and for all children, youth, and young adults to grow and thrive.
